Esther Gould’s Strawberries Romanoff

1 quart fresh strawberries
1 jar Tangy Red Russian Rhubarb sauce
Juice from 1 orange plus a little rind

Mix rhubarb sauce with orange juice
Wash, stem and hull berries. Set aside to dry on paper towels.
½ hour before serving carefully mix sauce and strawberries
Serve with whipped cream, ice cream, or trifle
